The hotel was not as spacious as expected, but it had a nice view and the option for an additional bed was appreciated for a charge. The check-out time at 11 a.m. was inconvenient. The service was marred by staff being pushy about charges and not listening to customer requests. The location was great for visiting friends in Brigantine and had beautiful panoramic views, though the in-house restaurant menu was misleading. The dining experience was okay but too loud, with some tasty options available. The facilities were under renovation.
My room had a lovely view of the bay with houses on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Although there was a slight delay in getting the room ready, it was worth the wait. The service was generally good, but there were instances of loud conversations that disrupted my peace. The location is convenient for driving to casinos, shops, and attractions, but not ideal for walking. The dining options were diverse and tasty, with a variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
